THE KILLER CHALLENGE CUP Rules
At all times, the League staff reserve the right to take any decision, or make any ruling, that they believe is in the best interests of the competition(s).
ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL
By participating in any of the League's competitions, clans and their players are agreeing to these rules and any decisions made by the League hosts.
1. CLAN FORMAT AND REQUIREMENTS
All clan formats and requirements are exactly the same as those that exist for the main FCL competition. Only players registered to a clan at the time a Killer Challenge Cup fixture is released may play for that clan in that fixture.
2. FIXTURES
The competition will be a Group and/or Knock-Out Cup tournament. There will be two weeks in which to complete each Round of the Killer Challenge Cup.
3. GAME FORMAT
Each Round will consist of matches that are a maximum of 5 vs 5 vs 5.
4. GAME ORGANISATION
At the release of each fixture Clans will have five days in which to ascertain the availability of their clan members for the remainder of the fixture period. They must provide the League Runners with, in order of preference, five times and days on which they wish to play the fixture. Once this information has been received from both clans, the League Runners will then find the most suitable time for all parties and announce this on each clan's thread. From that point on it will not be changed.
On the day of the game the League Runners will make contact with each Clan approximately 10 minutes before the start time to establish which players from each side will be taking part. From this information the appropriate game room size will set up and invites sent to the players advised as taking part.
A maximum of five players can play from each Clan.
In the event that no players from a Clan are available, or enter the game room, that Clan will either lose the match and/or score zero points in the fixture.
5. SCORING SYSTEM
In each game the scoring will be as follows:-
1st 16 points
2nd 14 points
3rd 13 points
4th 12 points
5th 11 points
6th 10 points
and so on down to 15th and 1 point
In addition, the Clan providing the player in 1st place scores a winning bonus of 45 points.
6. DEFAULTS
Any unplayed game will result in zero points for either or both clans providing no players to the Game Room. For any Clan providing players then points will be awarded as per Section 5 above.
