FCL RULES
At all times, the FCL staff reserve the right to take any decision, or make any ruling, that they believe is in the best interests of the competition(s).
ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL
By participating in any of the FCL competitions, clans and their players are agreeing to these rules and any decisions made by the League hosts.
2. FIXTURES
2.1 Fixture timing
Each fixture set will have two weeks to be played and must be completed by the deadline given. The League reserves the right to alter the schedule at any time.
2.2 How fixtures are drawn
The overall Fixture Schedule is decided entirely at the discretion of the League hosts. All individual games within each fixture are matched up according to the order of players in the team lists where they have been provided by Captains or their nominated representative. Where a team list has not been provided, then players will be drawn at random by the League runners from the eligible players for that clan.
2.3 Games in progress at the time of the deadline
A game being played when the deadline for the fixture is reached is to be continued to conclusion. Any racks subsequently unplayed will be considered for default (see Section 8). Previously unfinished games may not be recommenced after the deadline elapses and are considered a partially played game (see Section 7).
2.4 Phase 2
After each clan has played one match against each of the other clans in the league it will then split into two. Each clan will then play one further match against each of the other clans in their half of the league. All scores from before and after the split will be combined to determine a total score for each clan. No clan from the bottom half of the league will be able to overtake a clan from the top half of the league. The clan that finishes with the highest overall score from the bottom half of the league will be the 'Division 2' winners.
